VU Career Centre invites you to take part in a unique training program built on experiential and reflective learning, designed to strengthen five essential competencies: cooperation, responsibility, interculturality, problem solving, and openness to change.
The programme is carried out together with our partners – SEB, Western Union, Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania and others.
If you are Vilnius University student – Lithuanian or international, full-time or Erasmus+ – at bachelor, master, or doctoral level, from any faculty or field of study and you want:
• Assess your skills and prepare for the future.
• Connect with peers from all over the world.
• Learn directly from professionals in leading organizations.
• Grow your confidence and discover your strengths.
• Experience the VU community
• Earn the Achieve More certificate.
The training program consists of:
• 8 weekly workshops focused on five key competencies;
• 2 consultations with a career counsellor: the first as part of the selection process, and the second for career development;
• Structured reflection through the e-learning course Future Competencies.
Registration is open from 10 September until 29 September. In case of high interest, registration may be stopped earlier.
